Campus Village is a student only accommodation. It comprises of six apartments, one town house and one large house linked by a secure outdoor recreation and parking area. Our location is centrally located on major transport routes and are opposite the TAFE and a short bus ride to the University, Conservatorium and city campus. Newcastle beaches and parks, a great social scene and shopping are a short distance away.

Currently, we are able to accommodate up to 43 students. In the complex grounds there are sheltered barbecue, grassy outdoor recreation area and communal laundry with external coin operated laundry with washer and dryer. Clothes lines are also available. The only thing you need to supply is your bed linen! We have a professional team of cleaning service who comes and cleans our common areas every 2 weeks.

We also offered limited secure onsite parking which is available on application for a small fee. Please contact our office for more information and application form.

RENTAL PERIODS, PAYMENT & INCLUSION

Accommodation is available on a 12 Month Lease agreement. Semester Leases on offer pending availability. The property is also managed by a Real Estate team so you can be confident that you will be signing into a secure Lease Agreement.

A bond of 4 weeks rent is required when signing the agreement. This will be released at the end of the lease period if all conditions are met*. Rent can be paid via bank transfer every fortnightly or as a one off full payment for the term agreed.

Secure onsite parking available for $5 pw. Please enquire when you book your room.

Tenant will also have access to the unlimited internet broadband* with no extra fee. Council rates, water usage and electricity are also included with your rental payment.
